Mama Rising™ os am accepted trademark in Australia currently awaiting advertisement and is expected to be registered. It is an unregistered trademark in all other locations where it is used. Applications are expected to be lodged to register the trademark worldwide within 6 months of being formally registered in Australia. 

All other Mama Rising™ Intellectual Property is copyright to Amy Taylor-Kabbaz, protected under the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, and used under licence with the artist and author’s permission.
