I believe true transformation happens when you fee I believe true transformation happens when you feel truly seen and accepted, exactly as you are. I work with my clients to navigate tough conversations and sit with difficult emotions, and we also find lightness, humour, joy and genuine human connection. There’s profound strength in being able to hold space for all emotions. You’re allowed to be human – complexities, contradictions and all.

If you’re looking for a coach who meets you without judgment and believes in your capacity for growth, I’d love to connect.

Have you ever felt like you’re constantly saying Have you ever felt like you’re constantly saying “yes” to others, even when it doesn’t feel right for you? ✨

I’ve been there too! Many women find themselves saying “yes” to avoid conflict and ensure everyone else is happy, even at the expense of their own peace. It often feels safer that way, but in reality, it leaves them overwhelmed, drained, and disconnected from their own needs.

That’s why I’m hosting a FREE workshop on People Pleasing at Lilydale Library on Thursday, 26th June 2025 from 1:00 – 2:00 PM.

In this session, I’ll be sharing how we end up people-pleasing, why it feels so hard to set boundaries, and most importantly, how you can start prioritising yourself without guilt.

I’ll help you break the cycle of people pleasing and give you the tools to say “no”, speak up, and build the confidence to honour your own needs. 💖

If this sounds like something you need, come and join me! This is a popular session!

📅 When: Thursday 26 June, 1:00 - 2:00 PM

📍 Where: Lilydale Library

The best part? It’s FREE—but spots are limited, so book now via the link in my bio.

Mistakes used to feel so threatening. They would t Mistakes used to feel so threatening. They would trigger my anxiety and fears about not being good enough. I worked harder and pushed myself more to try to avoid them. But, of course, everyone makes mistakes. Including me.

I realised, that despite feeling awful in the process, mistakes were critical to shaping me into who I am. The things that broke me down, actually built me up with time. More skills, different perspectives, deeper self-awareness and understanding of others. My worst fears around what would happen if I made a mistake, rarely, if ever, eventuated.

The experience of human life includes making mistakes.
I’ve learned to accept my mistakes with compassion, trusting that they are refining and strengthening me.

Can you relate to my fear about making mistakes? 🤍

To the woman who’s running on fumes but still sh To the woman who’s running on fumes but still showing up: I see you.

I’m one week into 5 hectic work weeks. At the beginning of last week, I caught myself in an old pattern – anticipating the worst and worrying about being exhausted. Anything that threatened the amount of sleep I was able to get sent me into a spiral of catastrophic thinking. When I saw what I was doing, I turned to my own advice – to shift my mindset. I decided to focus on the fact that I genuinely love my work, that I’m making a difference for people and that once I get started each day, my work will energise me (it always does). I didn’t deny my tiredness, but I felt much happier and was also less irritable around my family.

Your exhaustion is real. Some weeks are chaotic and fuller than we’d prefer. Acknowledging our challenges as they are and changing the story we tell ourselves can give us the extra boost we need to get through those times. Remembering the reason we are doing what we do is a powerful motivator and energiser.

You’ve got this! It might be messy and imperfect and that’s completely ok!

If we spend time a lot of time focusing on what mi If we spend time a lot of time focusing on what might go wrong, we could spend some of that time considering what might go right.

Excessive worry gives us tunnel vision. We seem to only be able to see the possible negative outcomes. We completely forget that there may also be possible positive outcomes!

Let’s say you’re worried that you’re not going to have enough time with your child after work to make them feel valued and loved.

This might lead you to worry that your last meeting might run over, your boss might ask you to do one more thing, there might be traffic on the way home, or your child might be already upset and cranky by the end of the day making quality time hard. These worries will likely fuel more worries and anxiety.

They are all possibilities, but what about the possible positive outcomes?

Maybe your child will be so happy to see you and spend time with you, even for 20 mins at the end of the day. Maybe they will throw their arms around you and want to tell you about their day.

You could think about short, fun and connecting activities that will allow both of you to relax and enjoy each other’s company, how good it will feel to cuddle them and see their smile when you tell them you missed them. You could think about how they will go to bed feeling loved after a short period of your undivided attention, or how you will create more time for them the next day as well.

Sometimes the positive outcomes are at least as equally likely as the negative ones! And what we choose to focus on can change how we feel and show up.
