What happens after I register?
We celebrate! And.. keep an eye on your email inbox, because your official welcome to the program will be heading your way, containing everything you need to know.
What is your refund policy?
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase and I will do everything I can to help you see results. If you are genuinely unsatisfied and you have given it your best, then I will happily give you a full refund within 30 days of the program start date.
I'm already so time poor. What if I can't keep up with the content?
I understand how hard it can be to create time for yourself and that in motherhood and life, unexpected things that are out of your control may require your time and attention. The program content is broken down into manageable chunks so you can do a little at a time. I have also built in 2 “breather” weeks to give you time to take stock, pause and catch up. Finally, you will have ongoing access to the content, so if you cannot finish the program within the 8 weeks, you can continue at your own pace and revisit any of the content as needed.
How does the optional coaching call work?
You can schedule the optional coaching video call at any time during the program, at a time that is suitable for both of us. I recommend that you at least complete Modules 1-3 before the coaching call, as these modules provide a solid foundation for our session, and will allow you to get the most out of our time together.
In this call, we will discuss your specific situation and experiences, work through the things that are holding you back from looking after yourself and identify the actions you need to take to start looking after yourself better! If there are other specific questions or topics related to self care, that you would like to discuss in our call, you are welcome to raise them.
When you register for Self Care Made Simple with the optional coaching call, you will receive an email outlining how to organise your call.
