As the new year begins, let’s leave behind the pressure to do it all perfectly. Instead, start 2025 with grace, compassion, and a deep breath.

Ask yourself:
💭 What do I truly want this year?
💭 What do I need to feel supported, fulfilled, and whole?

You deserve to step into this year not just as a mother, but as the incredible woman you are—worthy of care, joy, and time for yourself to pursue the things that light you up.

This year isn’t about resolutions or unrealistic expectations. It’s about alignment. About honoring your priorities, following your values, and creating space for you.

🌟 Let’s choose progress over perfection.

I know it can be even harder than usual to find time for self-care at this time of year, so let's start with something small. A check-in.

Ask yourself these questions:
1. How am I feeling today? (Naming our emotions helps us manage them)
2. How do I want to feel?
3. What do I need to do to feel (even just a bit) more of how I want to feel?

If the answer to #3 feels too difficult to achieve, scale it back. What's the smallest step you could take that would have the biggest impact on how you feel?

Wondering what’s it’s like to work with me?

When you engage in coaching with me, we meet online for an hour each fortnight. In these focused sessions, you will define and work towards your goals with my support.

Client goals are focused on things such as how you want to experience motherhood, managing the practicalities of working mum life, improving relationships, tackling difficult situations, building confidence, personal achievements, emotional or physical wellbeing, returning to work, career progression or enhancing your leadership skills. We work on whatever is meaningful and important to you in creating the life you want and being the woman you want to be.

In these sessions, we also work through the things that come up and get in the way of you achieving your goals, for example, beliefs, fears, unexpected events, lack of motivation and other obstacles. I love these conversations as they often reveal patterns and insights that unlock more than one area of clients’ lives.

Then, in between sessions, you get to talk to me whenever you want via a free messaging app. You get to share your reflections, your wins and your concerns in real-time rather than having to wait until the next session when the moment has passed. If you’re facing a challenge, we can talk through it. If you need a pep talk or some compassion, I’m here for you. You’ve got my words and voice in your pocket when you need them.

We celebrate your progress along the way and you’ll feel less along through the difficult times.

It’s a pretty special job, to be walking alongside women as they navigate life, grow and achieve their goals.
