It’s enough to just be with your feelings withou

It’s enough to just be with your feelings without trying to fix or change them. Life isn’t always easy, and forcing ourselves to look on the bright side can add pressure that we don’t need. Plus, ignoring our true feelings doesn’t make them go away. They will need our attention eventually.

Let’s allow ourselves space to feel. 💖

Remember, it’s okay to embrace every emotion, even the tough ones.

But the truth is, perfection isn’t real and constantly striving for it only creates more stress and overwhelm that prevents us from showing up the way we want to as mothers and women. ✨

Your children don’t need a perfect mum. They need you, with all your imperfections, showing up with honesty, love, patience, and care.
They need you to show them what it is like to be learning and growing.
They need you to show them what being a good enough authentic human looks like so that they can love themselves through their own ups and downs.
